Levl is a regulated payments infrastructure group providing stablecoin, fiat, and crypto payment services to businesses globally. The Levl platform is operated by two regulated entities:
Levl GmbH — incorporated in Switzerland and registered as a licensed financial intermediary, member of SO-FIT, a self-regulatory organisation (SRO) recognised by FINMA under the Swiss Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA). Levl GmbH serves clients requiring Swiss-jurisdiction payment services.
Levl Finance Limited — incorporated in Canada and registered with FINTRAC as a Money Services Business (MSB No. C100000584) and with the Bank of Canada as a registered Payment Service Provider. Levl Finance Limited serves clients requiring Canadian-jurisdiction payment services. Together, these two entities operate under the Levl brand and deliver a unified payment infrastructure platform. Depending on the jurisdiction and nature of the service, one or both entities may be involved in delivering a given product. Certain services — including fiat currency accounts, card acquiring, and banking infrastructure — are delivered in partnership with licensed banking and payment institutions. Levl GmbH does not hold a Swiss banking licence.
